Blessed is every one who fears the LORD,
Who walks in His ways. (Psalm 128:1)
Fear the Lord is one indispensable requisite to be blessed by God. Requires the presence of the human will, because the fear of the Lord is revealed by:
1. The faith in Jesus Christ;
2. The practice of His teachings.
So, only who really fears the Lord shall be blessed. God bless you!
